With more than two decades of customer service experience, Sarah has extensive knowledge, training, and experience in providing excellent service to exceed customer and client expectations. Sarah has been an integral part of The Garrett Law Firm since it’s inception. She takes pride in ensuring that each client is treated with dignity, courtesy and respect, from the beginning to end of each case. Sarah assists with all aspects of the firm’s law practice including but not limited to: first client contact, preparing, drafting, and filing of Court documents, file and scheduling management duties, and organization and coordination for trial preparation. With her passion for ensuring that every client’s case is treated as if it was her own, she is committed to ensuring that your needs are taken care of.
Prior to joining The Garrett Law Firm, Sarah’s most recent role was a Team Manager in a banking inbound call center. There, she assisted teams of 12-24 employees to deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues and thinking forward for the customers and her direct employees. She won Employee of the Year two out of three years running, which is just one example of her focus and commitment to dedicating herself to empathy and care for others.
In her spare time, she enjoys living the lake life with her husband Daniel and their two dogs, Mortimer and Dottie. Sarah also loves to travel but is grateful to live in the Branson area where adventures are always waiting locally.
